Overview
The 7-Day Rongai Route is one of the most peaceful and rewarding ways to climb Mount Kilimanjaro (5,895 m). Approaching the mountain from the remote northern side near the Kenyan border, this route offers breathtaking scenery, fewer crowds, and a drier climate, making it an excellent choice throughout the year—particularly during the rainy seasons.
Unlike the shorter 6-day itinerary, this 7-day program includes an additional acclimatization day at Mawenzi Tarn Camp, allowing your body to adjust gradually to the altitude and significantly improving your chances of reaching Uhuru Peak. The route features spectacular views of both Mawenzi and Kibo Peaks before descending through the scenic Marangu Route.
At KILIMANJARO MAGIC ADVENTURE, our experienced guides, dedicated porters, and professional mountain chefs ensure your climb is safe, comfortable, and unforgettable.
